Geburtstag<\/li>\n<li>Rund 50.000 Zuschauer erlebten historischen Motorsport zum Anfassen<\/li>\n<li>Oldtimer-Grand-Prix 2024 voraussichtlich am zweiten August-Wochenende<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Der \u201eKlassiker f\u00fcr Klassiker\u201c feierte an diesem Wochenende runden Geburtstag: Bei der 50. Auflage des Oldtimer-Grand-Prix auf dem N\u00fcrburgring traten rund 500 historische Rennwagen aus fast allen Epochen und Kategorien des Motorsports an, um auf dem traditionsreichen Eifelkurs noch einmal ihre Kr\u00e4fte zu messen. Zahlreiche automobile und menschliche Stars von einst entf\u00fchrten die rund 50.000 Besucher am Wochenende in den Rennsport vergangener Dekaden \u2013 von den Anf\u00e4ngen bis zur Jahrtausendwende reichte der Bogen der Tourenwagen und GTs, Sportwagen und Formel-Boliden. Zahlreiche kleine und gr\u00f6\u00dfere Aktionen thematisierten au\u00dferdem das Jubil\u00e4um, das auch viele Wegbegleiter des Events nutzten, um pers\u00f6nlich am N\u00fcrburgring zu gratulieren. Informationen und Berichte vom Wochenende gibt es ebenso wie Ergebnisse und Fotogalerien auf der offiziellen Homepage unter <a href=\"https:\/\/oldtimergrandprix.com\">oldtimergrandprix.com<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Die gelungene Jubil\u00e4umsparty des Oldtimer-Grand-Prix wollten sich die rund 50.000 Zuschauer ebensowenig entgehen lassen wie ehemalige Mitstreiter und Teilnehmer. Sie feierten gemeinsam mit den Veranstaltern eine gelungene Party mit vielen H\u00f6hepunkten. So machte eine Jubil\u00e4ums-Gala im ring\u00b0werk bereits am Mittwoch den Auftakt. Langj\u00e4hrige Teilnehmer fuhren im Jubil\u00e4ums-Korso um die Strecke und zeigten ihre automobilen Sch\u00e4tze im Zelt von Medienpartner Motor Klassik. Zeitnahme-Partner Junghans legte sogar eine eigene Uhren-Sonderserie auf, deren beide auf 50 St\u00fcck streng limitierte Modelle in Windeseile vergriffen waren. Ein gro\u00dfes Festzelt im Fahrerlager diente als Treffpunkt von Besuchern, Ehreng\u00e4sten, Teams und Fahrern. P\u00fcnktlich zum Jubil\u00e4um geh\u00f6rte auch die AMG-Arena wieder zum Fahrerlager-Areal \u2013 dort pr\u00e4sentierten sich Top-Markenclubs. Eine besondere Ehrung hatten die Organisatoren f\u00fcr den treuesten Teilnehmer der Veranstaltung vorbereitet \u2013 Uli Sauer aus Iserlohn, der mit seinem Vorkriegs-BMW 328 seit dem Deb\u00fct 1973 jedes Jahr beim Oldtimer-Grand-Prix dabei war. Ihm widmeten der N\u00fcrburgring und die Veranstaltergemeinschaft einen Baum an der Rolf-Stommelen- Stra\u00dfe, dem Verbindungsweg zwischen historischem und Grand-Prix-Fahrerlager, wo eine eigene Allee ausgew\u00e4hlte Menschen mit ganz besonderer Verbindung zur Eifelrennstrecke ehrt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zufriedenstellende Bilanz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dass es mit der traditionsreichsten und gr\u00f6\u00dften deutschen Rennveranstaltung f\u00fcr historische Fahrzeuge weitergeht, ist ebenfalls bereits sicher: Voraussichtlich am zweiten August-Wochenende findet im Jahr 2024 der 51. Oldtimer-Grand-Prix auf dem N\u00fcrburgring statt. Nach dem erfolgreichen Jubil\u00e4um und dem optimistischen Blick in die Zukunft ziehen die Organisatoren des Events zufrieden Bilanz: \u201eDas Wochenende war f\u00fcr uns als langj\u00e4hrige Organisatoren eine Geburtstagsparty voller positiver und besonderer Momente\u201c, fasst Organisationsleiter Wolfgang Schulz zusammen. Er ist als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der CHRSN Sport GmbH Mitveranstalter des Oldtimer-Grand-Prix und langj\u00e4hriger Begleiter des Events und res\u00fcmiert: \u201eWir als Organisatoren haben uns \u00fcber viele Gl\u00fcckw\u00fcnsche gefreut und mit alten und neuen Freunden viele Anekdoten ausgetauscht. Dieser rundum positive R\u00fcckblick best\u00e4rkt uns alle darin, nun mit viel Energie in die sechste Dekade dieses tollen Rennens zu gehen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prall gef\u00fcllte Tourenwagen- und GT-Felder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das sportliche Programm lebte auch in diesem Jahr durch eine gelungene Mischung aus deutschen und internationalen Rennsport-Highlights. Die einheimische Motorsporthistorie wurde etwa durch das riesige Starterfeld der \u201eGoldene-\u00c4ra\u201c-Tourenwagen repr\u00e4sentiert, in dem zum Beispiel viele unvergessene DTM- und STW-Fahrzeuge zu sehen waren. Am Steuer sa\u00dfen auch Haudegen aus der gro\u00dfen Zeit der DTM. So etwa Kris Nissen, Olaf Manthey oder auch Roland Asch, der sich seinen Ford Cosworth mit seinem Sohn Sebastian teilte. Ebenfalls f\u00fcr leuchtende Augen sorgten die L\u00e4ufe des DRM-Revivals, in dem es zu einem wahren Gipfeltreffen der Gruppe-5-Boliden kam. Ralf Kelleners (De Tomaso Pantera Gruppe 5) und Peter M\u00fccke \/ Stefan M\u00fccke im Zakspeed-Ford Capri teilten sich hier die Siege, Rang drei ging in beiden L\u00e4ufen an den erst seit diesem Jahr wieder im Renneinsatz fahrenden Turbo-Capri von Heinz Schmersal \/ Mike Stursberg. Zum Reigen legend\u00e4rer Tourenwagen-, GT- und Rennsport-Fahrzeuge trugen auch die drei Serien unter dem Dach der Fahrergemeinschaft FHR bei: Die HTGT, die Gentle Drivers Trophy sowie die CanAm &amp; Sportscars \/ Groupe C Classic boten mit ihren vielen, exzellent vorbereiteten Rennwagen spannende L\u00e4ufe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leuchtende Augen und Scheinwerfer: 50er- und 60er-Jahre-Sportwagen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die CanAm \/ Sportwagen-Serie der FHR war auch ein Highlight im Sportwagen- Bereich, in deren Feld zum Beispiel Fahrer- und Teamchef-Legende Olaf Manthey startete. Der erfolgreiche Motorsport-Profi fuhr mit einem Porsche 993 RSR \u2013 dem allerersten Manthey-Porsche, der den Beginn des seit Jahrzehnten erfolgreichen Rennsteams markiert. Eines der wichtigsten Highlights des Wochenendes war aber das Rennen der Sportwagen aus den 50er- und 60er-Jahren, deren historisch wertvolle Fahrzeuge aus halb Europa an den N\u00fcrburgring kamen. Hier waren erneut seltene Rennsportwagen am Start, die auf den Spuren der Langstreckenklassiker wandelten: Am Samstagabend bildete ihr einst\u00fcndiger Lauf in die anbrechende Nacht hinein den stimmungsvollen H\u00f6hepunkt des Wochenendes, der mit einem Feuerwerk nach der Zielankunft gefeiert wurde. Zum Programm geh\u00f6rten au\u00dferdem die Sportwagen der Vorkriegszeit, die erstmals ohne Sportliche Wertung bei Ausfahrten auf der Strecke zu sehen waren. Im Feld der fast 50 Teilnehmer fuhren unter anderem die Liechtensteiner Simon Scrivener und Conny J\u00e4ger mit einem Whippet Grand Prix von 1927 mit \u2013 dem \u00e4ltesten Rennwagen des gesamten Wochenendes. Aber auch einen Ausflug in die Sportwagen-Gegenwart bot das Programm \u2013 daf\u00fcr sorgte die FCD Racing Series des Ferrari Club Deutschland mit ihren italienischen Traumsportwagen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neue Akzente im Formelsport gesetzt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Last but not least war der historische Formelsport eine wichtige S\u00e4ule im Rennprogramm. Erstmals zu Gast war ein Demolauf der Formel-1- und Formel-2- Legenden, der ebenso f\u00fcr Grand-Prix-Feeling sorgte, wie die Rennen der HGPCA. Diese britische Rennserie pr\u00e4sentiert mit ihren feinen Monoposto die Vor- und Fr\u00fchgeschichte der Formel 1-WM. Erstmals wurde am Samstag der erste Lauf dieser klassischen Formelwagen getrennt f\u00fcr die Heck- und Frontmotorklassen ausgeschrieben \u2013 und thematisierte damit die Evolution des Formel-Designs. Neu waren auch die internationalen Formel-2-Fahrzeuge der HSCC-Serie. Abgerundet wurden die Formelklassen durch den AvD-Historic-Race Cup der Fahrervereinigung HRA sowie das gut besetzte Feld der Lurani-Trophy mit ihren Formel-Junior- Rennwagen.<\/p>\n<p><img
